Colours of the Autumn and Us

November is approaching. Now, it is autumn in England. I love the autumn very much. The falling yellowish and reddish leaves onto the ground are pretty wonderful. When steps onto the fallen leaves on ground, you can hear the sweet 'sounds'. The sound with its on melodies. No hi-tech percussion instrument to provide the tremendous melody...its naturally comes from the Earth- the dried leaves, the air...the fresh and clean environment. We used to go to the Pearson Park, hand in hand with the kids, just to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Very relax and cool, that's autumn in Hull. We missed autumn in Hull so much.

This November we are here in Malaysia. InsyaAllah, we will listen to a sweet 'sounds' too. The sound of little baby cries. We are expecting to have a new members coming into the family. Arissa & Aydin know that they'll have a little brother very soon. They are very excited but Arissa always express her worries IF the doctor not treat me well during my labour. She've seen on UK's TV programme how the doctor did the cesarean and pull the baby out. She asked whether the doctor will do the same thing to me. I said YES to her (easy for me to help her understand the process of delivery-she just 5 yrs old, so very hard to explain everything in details), tho. my last two were normal delivery. I hope to also have a normal delivery for this third pregnancy. My EDD is 11.11.11 but I doubt it will be on time. I'm now walking like 'penguin'...lying down like a whale. Funny me! Can't wait to get rid of it. But my husband said 'you'll miss the beauty' of being pregnant in few weeks. Yer laaaaa tuh..Easy said than done. However, Alhamdulillah, syukur to Allah s.w.t because He gives me the opportunity to carry this baby easily (no complication at all till this 37 weeks). Allah gives me a chance to feel the pain of labour (luruh dosa my mum said). So no complaint please. Bukan senang hendak luruh dosa, tambah dosa memang senang (slap my forehead).

Feeling of an excitement still the same as my first baby. But the preparation for this new addition is very simple. We plan it this way as we learn from our past experience. My mum already warned me. Don't buy unnecessary things as I used to over spend during my first baby.

Perhaps my work load in the office is getting more and more. No time to think of going out shop for baby's stuffs. They know that I'll have my 3 months maternity leave very soon. So, in advance they loaded me with the works. My boss already highlighted that in my department we need to involve in 2 AJK and 2 publications in a year (at least). So I bet I'll only have 44 days of confinement...the rest WFH. Tonite, my RM students will have their first quiz. I hope I could finish marking their quiz before my delivery. Life is full of 'kerja'....that's our autumn in Malaysia.

Lets enjoy this kind of 'autumn' in Malaysia as life is very short. So make use what ever that you have.. to the fullest. Please pray for me, to have a safe delivery. InsyaAllah.
